Chanelle is a compassionate provisionally registered psychologist in the final year of her Masters of Clinical Psychology, who is dedicated to facilitating individual thriving by embracing the uniqueness of each person’s journey. With a warm and sincere approach, Chanelle is driven by a genuine desire to see adults and children living to their fullest potential.

Chanelle employs evidence-based interventions, tailored to individual preferences, collaboratively working toward building coping skills, resilience, and mental well-being. Her modalities primarily include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She is able to work with various mental health concerns, specializing in anxiety and mood disorders, stress-related issues, life transitions, self-esteem, burnout, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health.

Excited to guide individuals on a healing path, Chanelle navigates challenges alongside clients, helping them work towards lives of purpose and fulfillment. She firmly believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience holistic well-being.
