Registered Psychologist

Chanelle is a registered psychologist with AHPRA, committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with warmth and evidence-based care. She has experience in both private practice and community public mental health. Chanelle primarily works with adults and older adolescents, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

She has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, phobias, stress-related concerns, burnout, perinatal mental health, self-esteem difficulties, and disordered eating. Chanelle tailors her approach to each individual, drawing primarily from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), while also integrating elements from dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

Chanelle is passionate about empowering people to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose. Taking a holistic approach, she considers the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of psychological well-being, Chanelle believes in creating a space where people can find hope, develop insight from within themselves and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
